Hiphop is the voice of young people all over the world, not only in Europe and the US. This is the film New Voices, a project sponsored by the Dutch NGO Oxfam Novib. Filmmakers Bram Vergeer and Raymond Verhoef visited Kenya and Uganda and explored the role of hiphop for the (East) African youth
